Daily Drawing...Day.....I don't know.

I know, I know...I haven't been uploading daily....but I have been drawing daily. Swear!! So, yeah...Here are a few that I did.

A tattoo design for my best friend and soul sister. It's going on her lower back.

I just felt like drawing something yummy and delicious.

Not sure what this was supposed to be. Just a bunch of doodles. And yes that is is an Elvis like person there.  Just felt like drawing him...but then again I had been reading Odd Thomas. For those that have read the book, you understand.

DDF...Daily Drawing February. Day 2

I did this one last night but I was so tired I actually forgot to upload it. So Here is the one for yesterday. Well, really it's not one. There are two variations of it, one is computer colored or sketched really, and the other I'm doing in a traditional fashion....sort of. You'll see. 

Mind you this is just a doodle. The other will have to wait for tomorrow. My baby is sick with the stomach bug and it's hard to rock a fussy toddler and upload photos. So, there will be more to make up for today's loss. 

DDF...Daily Drawing February.

Thought I would start out with a bang and introduce my new series. A comic strip called "Tales of a Mother with an Overactive Imagination." I really need to shorten that title but I like it dangit. It fits.

I'm getting photoshop, sketchbook pro, and a Wacom tablet when I get some spending cash. So this time I had to stick with watercolors and pen and ink. Enjoy.

Daily Drawing February!!!

This is February...obviously. And you know what that means? I have no idea. I just decided this is a month I want to try something a little different and to test my skills. I'm going to do daily drawings. A drawing every day? I must be insane, but I'm going to do it dammit! Even if it kills me.......well....maybe not if it kills me but I have determination that will not exceed to bodily harm. I hope. I think I'll do comic strips of my daily life. Sounds good, but first here are some new illustrations that have nothing to do with DDF. Daily Drawing February.

This is a possibly album cover for a local hip hop group. I don't normally listen to hip hop but the demo they sent me was pretty good. Even MY booty was hoppin' but seeing as I don't have a sense of rhythm it was more like an awkward jerking motion. Your welcome for that mental image.

I finished it!!! Yey! Pardon my excitement but its hard for me to finish things with two small boys running around and tugging my proverbial apron strings. Hence my disbelief that I'm actually going through with DDF.
